Refund Policy

Cancellation or refund policy are approved on case to case basis at the discretion of the management. As per the guidelines provided at the initial stage it is the agreement between the client and company which has no effect with online payment services.

  • If the candidate leaves or is terminated due to unfavorable circumstances from M/s. NRDS Management Pvt. Ltd, before they complete their course training, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of paid service fees.
  • Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card/any other channel used for the original transaction. 
  • In no event will M/s. NRDS Management Pvt. Ltd be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. 
  • It is recommended that the User should make any transaction on the website at their own risk as the Company shall not be responsible for technical issues occurring during the transaction.
