Mr. Sunanda Biswas S/o. Ananda Biswas, hails from a very poor financial background where both his parents were working as cultivator worker. They take out loans for Sunanda’s Study. Sunanda Biswas has completed his graduation and he was looking for an opportunity where he can get some occupational skills and a good job so that he can help his family. He came to know about the skill development program of DDU-GKY through NRDS Management Pvt. Ltd.

Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission Society (ASRLMS) works with the objectives laid by NRLM for enhancing the social and economic empowerment of the rural poor of Assam.

NRDS Management Private limited enter into an agreement with ARSLM to provide Skill Development & Vocational Training to Rural Youths under DDU-GKY Program of MORD, Govt. Of India.

DDU-GKY is the demand-driven placement-linked skill training initiative of the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India (MoRD), uniquely aimed at rural poor youth between 15 and 35 years of age, with the purpose to create income diversity in poor families and help rural youth realize their career aspirations.

Sunanda Biswas first got informed about DDUGKY through SHG member and than he attended a mobilization awareness camp which was organized by BMMU Bhergaon Dv. Block. The mobilizer of NRDS Management Pvt Ltd. Explained the various trade details,training facilities and placement details of the DDUGKY NRDS khoirabari Training Centre. Sunanda Biswas successfully registered his enrollment on Kaushal Panjee portal and he fill up the enrollment form for Computer Hardware Assistant.

Sunanda Biswas successfully completed his training and he got selected as a Field Assistant Trainee for Bharat Finance Inclusion Pvt. Ltd. After successfully completion of his training he got a job as a Field Assistant Trainee at Karimganj District with a Starting Salary of Rs.6000/- per month. As a result of his dedication and hard work the company promoted him as a Branch Credit Manager for Dispur Branch, Guwahati and currently he withdraws a salary of Rs.37,000/- per month and now he can totally financially support his family and he lives a very healthy and prosperous life.

The relationship between the trainer and Sunanda was very good. Regular homework’s and assignments were assigned to Sunanda Biswas. He was very punctual and attended to his classes , homework’s regularly. He always had a eager to learn more and more. It is due to this factor the domain and the non-domain trainers loved him dearly till today. Due to all such factors the Centre Manager of the training loved him dearly.

Like the trainers the relationship between the Centre Manager of the training centre and Sunanda was very healthy. He was very punctual and he never caused any damages to the equipment’s of the training center and the boys hostel. He respected the Centre Manager a lot and he always maintained a smiley face. He maintained all the rules and regulations of the training centre.
